NEW Online Registration is available through the following Google Form.

Payment available through PayPal.

• Log In or Create a PayPal Account

• Click the Send money button.

• Enter "ericcrowmemorialgolf@gmail.com" and click "Next"

• Input the required dollar amount (see graphic)

• In the "What's this for?" field, please list all your team members (with your name first), the sponsorship level, or dinner only and click "Continue"​

• Make sure it says "Friends and Family" for the payment type.​

  • Do NOT select "​Goods and Services"

• Click "Send" button to complete your payment.

Please note you will be charged an additional fee if you link a debit/credit card to your PayPal account.

• There is NO additional fee if you link your bank account to your PayPal account.
